Phoenix is the capitol and largest city in the state of Arizona. Located 150 miles north of Tucson, Phoenix is the main city in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, the fourteenth largest in the country. Phoenix also has a strong professional sports showing. Home to such powerful teams as the Suns and Diamondbacks, visitors and locals can always have a strong team to root for. Other teams include the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and the Coyotes pro hockey team.
