A great new look for a long-established public water district. SOHO worked with another local agency (theAgency), who provided the design and content development resources for the project, to develop this web site on the award winning Joomla! open source content management system (CMS). LAMP-based server hosting of the Joomla! CMS. Added elements for dynamic image viewing, mapping, and document management.
